Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device back in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
